He is an esteemed health educator, speaker, facilitator, TV host, scholar, and assistant professor who has inspired thousands in hospitals, government, schools, and communities to promote well-being with a holistic approach. As a renowned family medicine practitioner for more than 20 years, he is passionate about promoting plant-based diets as the best choice for both enhancing health and protecting the environment. As part the board of the Taiwan Vegetarian Nutrition Society and a member of Task Force on Health Promoting Hospital & Environment (WHO-CC), he aspires to see hospitals achieve the goals of health and environmental protection. He emphasises that doctors should cherish their ability to help others.

The Region Skåne is the self-governing authority of Skåne in the south of Sweden, it's responsibilities include health and medical services with 8 hospitals, regional development, public transport, culture and interregional cooperation. Region Skåne aims to meet the challenges of the future in the area of the environment with ambitious initiatives in issues concerning energy and transportation, medical devices, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and a sustainable use of resources. Kristina has a BSc degree which has been added to by subsequent university studies in environmental science and business administration. Kristina has worked strategically for over 20 years with environmental issues including the reduction of the organisation's carbon footprint. She works together with leaders and employees in order to focus on providing the best professional healthcare for the patients whilst respecting the environment.
