Global Director of Sustainabilty - Johnson & Johnson

Erol has been with Johnson & Johnson for 15 years and has been developing and implementing global sustainability strategies for Johnson & Johnson for the past 5 years. Among other responsibilities, he is building a global platform to engage J&J’s >120,000 employees on citizenship & sustainability initiatives.

Erol received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and his MBA from the University of California Davis.
